Our first Guild dyeing workshop and talk of the year! We had a lovely visit to the Oxford Guild of Weavers, Spinners & Dyers last weekend. A talk on Dyes Past & Present on Saturday followed by a full day Introduction to Dyeing workshop on Sunday made for an action-packed couple of days. On Saturday evening we were spoiled with a delicious supper (and introduced to Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s ‘Veg’ cookbook), good company and some very nice gin! A huge thank you to Liz for hosting us for the evening and to the Guild for inviting us to visit 🙂
